Vintage Brooklyn Wedding
Congratulations to Rachel and Brian on their wedding this weekend. We loved customizing our Vintage NYC design for their wedding at the Liberty Warehouse here in Brooklyn.

Congratulations Kelsey and Mark on their wedding this week! Their elegant invitations are classic with a custom monogram. A pale blush envelope liner softens the design and adds a beautiful secondary color, perfect for a February wedding.

We recently collaborated with the Whitney Museum of Art and tattoo artist, Amanda Wachob to letterpress print these sweetheart prints. Based on Amanda's February residence in the Whitney Shop, this letterpress print depicts every piece of the love poem she tattooed on thirty individuals.
Inspired by the artists Njideka Akunyili Crosby (b. 1983) and Byron Kim (b. 1961), whose work was included in Human Interest: Portraits from the Whitney’s Collection, Wachob conceived of this poem using designs found in the archives of the New England Confectionery Company and text decontextualized from historic expressions used on their iconic Sweetheart candies.

This month, Amanda will be sharing a tattooed love poem with thirty individuals. For more information about the event, visit the Whitney website here:

Congratulations to Lisa and William who were just married this weekend! We loved working on their Gatsby inspired invitations, and all the fun details that were included. The California themed favor tags are so sweet!

We love designing wedding itineraries like this playful one for James and Shequana's destination wedding in the Bahamas. They wanted to give their guests an easy to read schedule for the wedding day events. Its a fun extra piece to include in a welcome bag, and is a great reminder of the itinerary. The palm design from the letterpress wedding invitations was added to this card for continuity.

How cute are these tiny newborn footprints? We love designing baby announcements like these. When your baby's footprints are stamped, they can be scanned and used in our letterpress designs for a beautiful keepsake and announcement. There is really nothing sweeter!

We love seeing getting a glimpse of our clients' weddings! After collaborating with them and discussing many details of their event, it feels really satisfying to see the happiness on their faces on their wedding day. Here are some photos of our invitation design and the gorgeous details from Mackenzie and Mike's destination wedding. Their photographer, Amalie Orrange, truly captured the essence of their playful, but chic wedding. The photos were recently shared on Style Me Pretty and we feel so honored to have helped this couple on their way to the altar!

January can be cold and bleak outside, but this month in the studio we're thinking of spring and summer as we're in the thick of the "Save the Date" printing season.
These cards can be lighthearted and more casual than the formal invitation, printing in brighter colors or creative formats (like bookmarks or coasters) or they can match the design closely so the guests have a sense of the celebration to come.

Regardless of the design, the text for these is usually very minimal. It typically includes the names of the couple, the date, the city of the wedding and often a website address for guests to refer to for details on travel, accommodations, wedding registries etc... For more samples of Save the Date wording, please visit our website where we've added sample text for all the cards in a suite.
