Congratulations to Allison and Adam on their wedding last weekend! All black ink always looks sharp, especially with the graphic images they selected to illustrate the cards in the suite.

We've printed some lovely invitations for June weddings this year and are excited to share some of the designs here on the blog. This is our Roses design for a wedding and reception at the boathouse in Central Park, here in NYC. Congratulations to Joanne and Philip on their summer nuptials!

Congrats to Kelley and Phillip for their recent wedding in Napa Valley! We absolutely love this design. It is simple and sweet, printed in a dusty blue with an image of a peach tree highlighting the invitation and detail card. Sometimes a simple design like this is the most striking.

We custom mix our inks for each job. Our presses are really efficient and we use less than a tablespoon of ink for a set of note cards. A little goes a long way as the inks are like a thick paste. When mixing, we start with some base colors that we combine, often with the addition of black or white to tone down the saturation.

We frequently get requests for tinted embossing. We add a drop of gray ink when we print embossings to give the imagery a bit more of a shadow. The result is subtle, and beautiful when paired with a deeper color.

Congratulations Christa and Brett! We loved working with this couple on a beautiful set that combined our Hudson design with some subtle cherry blossom imagery. Their save the date featured a tinted vintage map of New York, which looks classic with black text.

Congratulations Anneke and Patrick on the wedding this weekend! We don't get enough opportunities to print jellyfish on wedding stationery! Destination wedding like this Jamaican celebration are especially fun to work on! We started with our Pictorial design and customized this with the images of coral, jellyfish, starfish and the octopus. The ink colors here are coral and navy and we've added a bright tissue envelope liner for an extra jolt of color.

These invitations for a wedding of two University of Virginia grads are timeless! The charcoal ink on natural white paper creates a beautifully soft effect. And the illustrations are a great addition to the simple design.

One of our favorite things to print are vintage maps, and this Save the Date for a Long Island wedding is no exception! We printed a lovely soft blue in the background with navy ink on top. The little heart is a cute detail to mark the spot of the event.
