A Fall Wedding in NYC | Classic Letterpress Invitations with a Twist

For Liz and Robbie’s October wedding in New York City, we customized our Pictorial design from our semi-custom wedding invitation collection. The suite is still one of our all-time favorites in the studio and a great example of how classic typography and simple black letterpress printing can feel both timeless and full of personality.

Each card featured a bold illustration: the Brooklyn Bridge, a large pigeon, and a pipe (perfect for their reception at Keens Steakhouse!). The combination was traditional in its design but unexpected and fun, making the stationery feel distinctly New York.

We carried the theme through to the wedding day with custom letterpress table cards featuring the pigeons. Guests arriving at the reception were greeted by a little flock of pigeons scattered across the tables.

We love how this suite came together. A classic black-and-white design with just the right amount of humor and personality for a fall wedding in NYC.
